Quality Sparkling Wine

Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented and then aged on the lees for 10 months before being disgorged. Delicate light fruit on the nose.  Crisp, with a fine mousse, yet creamy smooth with honeyed notes on the palate.  Smooth, elegant and balanced acidity leading to a delicious finish.

Suitable for Vegans.

Grapes:  100% Seyval Blanc

Alcohol 12% abv Acidity 6.4 g/L Residual sugar 1.1 g/L
